Hdr Claim welcomes pitches that help readers assess a claim, its evidence or its framing without requiring specialist credentials to follow the explanation. Send proposals through the Contact page.
What fits
Pitch a focused explainer about how a kind of claim works, how a source can be read, what an example can establish or how presentation shapes interpretation. Strong subjects are evergreen, specific enough to explain clearly and useful to a reader making sense of information encountered in ordinary life.
What makes a good pitch
State the proposed subject, the central question, the main point readers should take away and why the subject deserves a careful explanation. Name the kinds of sources or examples you expect to use, and flag any uncertainty or competing interpretation. Keep the scope distinct from topics Hdr Claim has already covered.
Send a proposal
Use the Contact page to send your pitch as an editorial question or proposal. A concise outline is enough to begin; do not send confidential information or material you are not entitled to share. A proposal is not a promise of publication.
A claim is a starting point, not a verdict.
We look at the route from statement to support, so readers can tell what is shown, what remains uncertain and what deserves another question.
